There are two easy ways to check what your coverage includes:

1. Use the Blue Cross Mobile app. Select Coverage in the bottom navigation of the dashboard. From there, you can search and browse your benefits.

2. Log in to your online account. Go to the Coverage tab. Scroll down to the category you want, then click the benefits to review results.

1. Find an approved health professional — Use our search tool to find health professionals near you. You can easily choose providers that use ePay to submit your claims for you!

2. Show your card — Be sure to show your digital ID card to your health provider on your next visit.

3. Submit a claim — Use this easy-to-follow guide if you need to submit a claim.

4. Sign up for Direct Deposit — Follow these simple steps to have your claims reimbursements deposited directly into your bank account.

5. Coordinate your benefits — If you and your partner are covered by separate plans, you may be eligible for up to 100% reimbursement.
