Medavie Blue Cross now offers instant access to your claims information (also called Explanation of Benefits) on our Blue Cross Mobile app and Member Services Site. It’s an easy way to review your claims, or to obtain this information for Coordination of Benefits with your spouse or other purposes.
We'll no longer be mailing Explanation of Benefits statements to plan members who receive reimbursement by direct deposit. Members who receive reimbursement by cheque in the mail will continue to receive an accompanying EOB statement.
Just hit “Claims > Payment History” and select the claim you want to view. If you need your statement, you can download it as a pdf. or simply take a screenshot.
Sign up or log in at top right of this page. Click “Claims > Payment History” and choose the claim you want to view or print.
