Bernard Lord, CEO of Medavie, recently sat down with ICI Nouveau-Brunswick’s journalist Michel Corriveau to provide his insights on the new reality of the workplace and more specifically on a recent challenge called the “great resignation.”
For many people, the COVID-19 pandemic has been an opportunity to rethink their lifestyle, including by leaving their job. This comes with many challenges for the employers. According to Bernard Lord “in today’s workplace, organizations that do not adapt will face labour shortage. Talented and qualified employees have new options that were not necessarily available before.”
