Marthe Cloutier
Marthe Cloutier is a group plan advisor and sales representative for corporate accounts at Medavie Blue Cross since 2014. She has nearly 30 years of professional experience in the group insurance field, including more than 15 years as a senior advisor with consulting actuarial firms.
Marthe has expertise in all aspects of benefit plans, including analysis of financial arrangements, financial reporting and renewals, plan integration and consolidation, and the design and implementation of flexible plans.
Marthe is a Fellow of both the Society of Actuaries and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.
She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Association de la retraite et des avantages sociaux du Québec (ARASQ).
