Flight Delay Service Procedure Change

Effective June 4, 2024, we have some new updates pertaining to the Flight Delay Service. These updates are being made strictly for security-related and to reduce cases of fraud and claims abuse.

Current Procedure:
Clients have a 1-hour timeframe to register their flights prior to the original scheduled departure time.

Upcoming Procedure:
As of June 4, 2024, clients will need to register their flights 24 hours prior to the original scheduled flight time.
