As highlighted in April’s Agent Update, as of June 22, we will be implementing updates to some of our individual health products. These changes are in line with those of the industry ensure the sustainability of our products. The updated product guides will be available as we move closer to the roll out of these changes.
In the table below, we have outlined the upcoming plan changes scheduled to take effect in the next few months. Once in effect, these changes will apply to new business sales. Plan pricing will remain unchanged.
*Calendar Quarter: A period of 3 consecutive months commencing on the first (1st) day of January, April, July or October in a calendar year.

As communicated in February, changes to First-Year Commission as reflected in the table below are coming into effect as of July 1, 2024.
Our digital platform enables you to process Medavie Blue Cross Complete Health, Guaranteed Acceptance, Assured Access, Retiree and Stand-Alone Dental applications through our individual online application tool (via SalesForce). This digital tool simplifies the application process for you and the member. This means no signatures and generally a faster turnaround time on their claims.

Following our notice in March regarding the transition to our new claims processing system for Extended Health and Dental Claims, we are pleased to inform you that the conversion, which took place in April, has gone smoothly. We have successfully onboarded our Individual block of business onto the new system, marking a significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to enhance our services.
