Changes to Health Declaration C


We have made some updates to our Health Declaration C to ensure clarity for your clients. Some questions have been modified and will have an impact on your clients’ coverage. The below questions will be updated as of August 3, 2023.

Existing quotes will need to be reviewed to ensure that they include answers to the updated health declaration questions.

Information on Law 25 – New privacy policy (Quebec clients only)

As of September 2023, there will be new requirements for the protection of personal information in Quebec. Agents will be required to give mandatory information to Quebec residents and obtain their consent for the use of their personal information.

Please refer to the documents below for full details about changes to Health Declaration C and Law 25.

New versions of all travel insurance policies and the Health Declaration C will be available as of August 3, 2023 on the info-partners.ca website.
