Now that travel is back in full swing, we would like to highlight some of the most referred to information that is used to assist your clients pre and post sale:
Travel Assistance
When you are travelling, request 24/7 assistance in case of an accident or medical emergency
If you are experiencing an emergency and cannot contact us, go to the nearest clinic or hospital. Call the emergency number as soon as the situation has been handled, so that we can open your assistance file.
Claims
Use our secure electronic document filing website to submit your claim quickly and independently. By doing this, you avoid postal costs and delays.
You can follow up on the status of a file by using the chat tool available at the bottom right of our Blue Cross Travel Assistance website. This more efficient and faster way to get a response is available Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Do your clients often head across the border for short trips or weekend getaways? That’s what we refer to as Short-stay frequent travellers.
With our 4 and 8-day trip duration options, the Annual plan covers your client’s emergency medical expenses every time they travel, wherever they go!
