With a focus in October and November on conditions such as Mental Health, ADHD, Diabetes and Menopause, this is an ideal time for members to have access to the care they need at their fingertips.
Connected Care can be accessed and explored through the Blue Cross Mobile app and the Member Service Site. More detailed information on Connected Care’s services and programs will be available for members in the coming days.
